Looked through the MN regs…. and maybe I overlooked it, but could not find anything. Is it legal in MN to have a rider on the back of your ATV? My daughter is constantly asking to ride on the back. Am considering one of those Tamarak seats that go on the back rack. Anyone know if it would be illegal? Mainly looking to do some ditch riding during the open months… and trail riding during the summer.
