New to me 88 Honda, fuel leak on the filter it looks like? Easy fix but I’m curious to the white buildup on it, it is located in cold garage.

The tilt trailer I got for it is pretty small and barely holds it, very sturdy but small, so when I try to drive it up it’s quite steep, is that normal? Makes my rear end pucker, but again kinda new to this stuff. Doesn’t help it turned into my work dump trailer and has some carpet pad frozen onto the floor not allowing me to get up. Ramps a much easier option? Seems like a tilt would be slick but not sure how it beats up the trailer long run slamming it down Everytime.

    Thanks for any thoughts.

Lotta water in that fuel,I would drain/clean the entire fuel system/carb.

For the trailer, just get longer ramps.I watched guys jumping wheelers onto trailers, sometimes things go bad/broken.

When you go uphill stand up and lean forward. Makes a big difference.

Yep lots of water in the fuel. Drain everything out. Run 93 octane non ethanol if you have access to it. All my small engines get it and it makes life much easier.

Weld/bolt on a couple brackets and add a gas cylinder to slow the descent, when the bed returns back down to the frame.

I saw that on YouTube, I wonder what the costs are for that vs ramps?

I was afraid that was water, the fuel did have some seafoam added when I filled it up, thought tank was pretty much empty when I got it.
