Threw a party for some of my wife’s friends tonight. My first time doing Asian style ribs. Everything was delicious.

What kind of a saw blade turkey fryer burner is that?I got spares layed out for tomorrow.

Denny, that is the tractor disk wok that my buddy and I made many years ago. I use a carved up saw blade as a heat diffuser. The whole set up is always a great conversation piece.

Seriously? I’d like to see pics of your setup. And one of the wok without food. That’s an awesome idea.

It is very versatile.
