Just wondering about ice conditions up that way Detroit Lakes, Vergus Area . Might need to get after some perch, crappies and wondering on the Tulies.
Are folks driving around on the lakes yet or too much snow?

I was on 4 lakes in the Cormorant/Dunvilla area this weekend. Ice is still solid all the way through and basically no snow on the ice. Drove trucks on all the lakes with no issues or concerns.
A couple accesses looked like they had been damaged from previous warm spells but were still holding up to truck traffic just fine. However, I do not expect to drive trucks on next weekend with the warmer forecast.
The area lakes have been pretty much void of any people or activity for almost a month now. I’m not sure why but no one is out fishing.
