Looking at getting back into bows and shooting.

I had a PSE Beast 4X4 and wanted Itasca Archery in Grand Rapids, MN to restring my bow with new aftermarket strings. Well, I guess they were to good for my money and sent me in search of another shop.

I discovered that among other things L & M Fleet Supply in Grand Rapids now has a bow shop with some pretty knowledgeable guys who have excellent customer service skills and personalities.

They discovered my bow had split limbs so I wasn’t sure what I was going to do cause there is no money in the budget for a new toy.

My buddy told me to borrow one of his back up bows. A Browning Ambush XB until I decided I was ready to buy my way back in. I brought it to L & M Fleet Supply and they got the bow all fitted and set up for me in no time and cheaply.

I am going to the Hibbing Archery Club tomorrow to tour the facility and check into membership. Should be shooting tomorrow or soon after.

    I love quality customer service.

I have an L&M by our cabin in Hayward WI and they have good prices and friendly staff. I will have to see if they are getting into archery as I am thinking of getting back into archery. My PSE is even older.. A Nova from circa 1984 do not even know if it would be safe to draw back. I have not shot it since the 90’s. I shot recurves but as I get older I can not draw my Black Widow 70 @ 30 inch anymore and sold it 2 years ago’s and have nut pulled a string since and miss the relaxation of just a session at the range.
