….was my gain. I had been contemplating getting my son a bow for a couple of years and really seriously looking for a few months now. Well, as everything would work out, Coyote Creek here in Rochester had a used youth bow sitting there. Only problem was that it was a LH bow…..Well wouldn’t you know it, my son is a lefty and we confirmed his dominant eye this past Saturday. So, off we went and tried it out that day. He shot about 12-15 arrows and even popped a balloon. Needless to say he was instantly hooked. It is a Diamond Edge and is adjustable from 21-28″ in draw length and adjustable from 20# up to 40#’s. Which means, he will be able to grow into this bow and shoot it for many years. He’s only 9 and has already agreed that he will be doing 20 push ups everyday until the bow shows up, to make sure he’s able to pull back and shoot and be safe while at the range or in the back yard.
Bow is brand new, someone bought it, set it up with a 3 pin fiber optic sight, whisker biscuit and quiver, but never looked that it was a LH bow. So, there will be another gift under the tree this year!!!!
