Are there any archery shops with shooting lanes available to the public in the Woodbury, Mn area? I’m checking on this for my 7 year old grandson who is visiting us in Eagle Point. This morning he had the chance to visit our local archery shop and shot a bow for the first time. The kid has been talking about wanting to do this for the past couple of weeks, and was wound up tighter than a cheap watch, and I’d like to see this attitude continue with him, if possible. Any reply is appreciated.

Thanks for the assist guys. The grandson knows he has a place to shoot here anytime he visits, and now his parents know of some places closer to home. Hopefully this is the beginning of something that will remain a positive thing for him for a long time into the future.

Try High Five Archery in Stillwater. It’s basically across the road from the Stillwater high school. I took my 10 year old son there last weekend. It’s $5/hr for kids and they have a lot of nice little compound bows and plenty of arrows. For adults it’s $6/hr. They have two sets of lanes and one appears to be set up primarily for the kids.
