Alright well im completely out of arrows now. I bought some Easton Alloy/Carbon A/C/C of Craigslist and they broke pretty fast. So im looking into the market for new ones. I want ones that are all purpose, so target and hunting, and pretty durable. Im looking to spend around $100-$120 on em. Any advice will be appreciated!

Go with Beman arrows. I have used many different models, and have been happy with all of them. I shoot short vane.

for that price range, i’d look at the beman ics hunters as well. actually, they are the same shaft as the cabelas stalker extremes. if you go with the cabelas model, you’d save a few bucks.

i like the blazer vanes as well..

I can vouch for victory arrows in the price range being worth their money. I have also heard other good opinions on the gold tips and ics hunters as well. Just another option for ya. Have fun shoppin

I shot gold tip hunters for years and they are a great arrow but I switched to Carbon Express Maximas a few years ago and I like them much better. How did your other ones break?

Thanks Everyone for the suggestions! I will be Shooting all these soon at the pro shop to see which ones I like the best. A lot of my friends have been telling me Carbon Express too. But i broke the Eastons by knicking them while shooting at the block (and the stumps behind it ) Thanks again though!

    Carbon Express is pricey.

I just bought a dozen Maxima Hunters at $80 for a half dozen.

I really like them so far, but the price is 150% outside that ballpark you listed earlier.

    Gold Tip Pro Hunter here.
The only down side is they are the black ones that are 100% graphite. They are a little tough pulling out of targets now and again. Next time I think I will opt for the Pro Hunter Camo, just for the smooth finish not the camo.

I’d call all of these “the working mans arrow”. ha, ha Excellent shafts that won’t break the bank. Just remember that if you buy a camo arrow, it’s spine will generally be stiffer(and cost more) than a regular black shaft. So it just depends on your setup and what your looking for. Last yr I shot the Epics and was very happy with them.

All .003 degree of straightness and they do pretty well on spine consistency.
