I have not shot the dream season evo, but I have shot the dream season allot!!! I can tell you for me nothing comes close to a Mathews I have shot the z7 extreme, and one word sums it up SWEET!!! The PSE dream season was loud, poor factory strings, allot more hand shock vs Mathews. But that was the Dream season not the dream season evo. All I can tell you is the Z7 line up is a sweet line up, and have yet to shoot something I thought was nicer. Good luck with your choice, and hope to see some pics of you with a big buck you shot with it.

X 2 Shoot a Hoyt! I think the Evo shot better than the Z7 I have shot both a them a lot and Evo was smother drawing and felt better in the hand. Z7 was heavy and didnt seem balanced well for my liking. The thing you really need to do is go to a shot and see which one fits you best..Not sure what you are looking to spend but the Carbon Element is amazing!!

    Welcome to IDO “RUBBER”
I have always been one to shoot several bows and then make my choice. I Shoot a Matthews but If I found something better I wouldn’t hesitate to change brands.

Ive been told by a friend that owns an archery shop that the Dream Seasons and newer PSE’s are difficult to tune. I haven’t asked why this is but ive heard nothing but good things about Elite Ive shot the Elite Pulse and it was a very smooth drawing, fast, and forgiving bow You should shoot an Alien X

“To each their own”….. Shoot both of them and shoot both of them again several times before making your decision. I shoot a PSE but the bow I had before this was a Fred Bear. All bow companies on the market make great equipment (otherwise they wouldn’t be in business).

I remember what made me choose PSE over the others. “It felt right to me.” It didn’t have to do with noise, vibration, name brand, or price.

You will be happy with either.

    Good Luck

BINGO ! Unfortunately no one on an internet forum can decide what bow is right for YOU
