Typically the issue, particularly with older accounts, is that the email of record is no longer valid. Meaning you registered with email account x and changed to email account y. Our system will send temp passwords to account x until that info is updated.
Or your ISP is blocking that type of auto-generated email.
Or it is going into a SPAM folder.
That type of system is far for fool-proof. It does work. There’s just a lot of pitfalls out their to snag that outgoing email.
