Mike…I would love to go back for a long weekend.

    I’ll ask the FW.

I can go if I take her along…dang it! Someone has to bring in the bacon.

Blue’s question about online arrow purchases got me wondering.

How many people shop for archery products online?

Thanks again for your input folks.

Add some dialog about your online purchases too. Cabela’s/Gander/EBAY/Local Archery Shop

I try to support my local shop as much as possible, but that isn’t always super convenient. So I do buy some stuff online.

Kinda funny this subject came up, found a pair of irish setter neoprene rubber boots for $89.99 at cabelas so my brother and I were both going to order a pair, and he was going to pick them up in rodgers, so we wouldnt have to pay shipping. He goes to order them and the 89.99 boots when you click on them, they turn into 144.99 boots. He called them and they said too bad. The only way they would honor that price would possibly be if he paid $50 in shipping. He said F*** that, his work is only 15 min from cabelas in rodgers. To me if I was going to advertise a item for a certain price, you should honor that price.

I order as much as I can online. There are trusted venues out there and there are some that are not. You just have to spend a little bit of time researching who is/isn’t. I don’t want to see the local mom and pop shops go out of business because of online shopping and because there are many people out there who really need their services, but then again I have to look at my own bottom line and checkbook.
