Thanks, just wondering.

Maybe you could have a competition, like time trials for the position!!

I am needing a new stock of broadheads this season, I want to go with ethier the muzzy mx4 or the rage two blade any suggestions would help. I have been shooting rocket two blade mech.
I would shoot both and see what fly out of your set up better!
With that being said, I like the 3 blade design better of the Rages.
Thanks for the input, I will probably try both and see what shoots better with my set up. MY friend shot a doe last fall with a rage broadhead and droped her in her tracks, the next day I made a good shot on a doe and had to track her for about a 100 yards, so I was curious about all the hype with the rage.
2 Blade Rage here, shot 6 deer last year w/ them and the furthest recovery was 24 yds.
If you would care to see some better pics,(IE) entry holes, and complete carnage. Shoot me a PM with your email, if I posted them they would be removed
my god is that 2 different deer you shot on that sit or is it one??
That blood trail was from 2 different deer he shot that day if I remember correctly.

Correct I drilled 1 at 17 yds in the heart and the second deer came down 5 minutes later and sniffed the blood trail It had heart failure as well
Man thats a cool picture. Can’t wait to see em work this fall on my first deer.
Wow – I was thinking about getting either the rage 2 blade or spitfire broadheads. So, I’m going to get the 2 blades. Thanks for the selling pic!
Pictures are worth a thousand words! I use the Rage 3-Blade and I’m very happy with the results. Exit wound pictured below.
Awsome, I love hunting in the snow! So maybe I should go with the rage.
Nice buck! Do you think the 3 blades are more durable than the 2 blades?

I don’t think there’s a difference when it comes to durability. The 3-blade has more cutting surface and better penetration. The 2-blade leaves a gaping entry hole and a wider cut.

Yep, I agree with that!
Hey Guys,
I was wondering anybody has used the G5 tekens I think
I’m going to try them this fall.
MN Legacy, what I do when testing out new broad heads is I use them on does first, when it doens’t count as much. See how they work and then when I’m confident with them, I will use them on bucks. Prior, I used to shoot Steel Force bheads and loved them, but was testing out a new broad head that had came out for a few years, now I have settled on the Rage full time.
if you can figure out if you can put a rubber band over the blades instead of the band that is similar to rage, then i would shoot them! I bet they cut just like Snypers
Hey Guys,
I think G5 improved the o ring on them and they are built alittle better that Rage being made of steel.
Rob thanks for the advice but. unfortunatly in my area I’m only aloud one deer a year.
I don’t think you can go wrong with either a 2 or 3 blade Rage, i used both last year, personally this year i’m going to start with the 3 blade
I was a ‘Rookie’ Bow hunter last season. When I went to get geared up, the RAGE blades were suggested to me. So I went with the two blade. Was not disappointed. Harvested a 10 pointer at 26 yards. Even if you don’t hit the heart like in the earlier picture, it still leaves one heck-of-a blood trail.
I do more reading than posting here. I’m usually on the ‘swim’ side of IDO.
Good luck to all this coming season
I switched to the rage 2 blade 2 years ago after shooting muzzy and I can say I wont shoot another head this are awesome never had to bend over to look for blood. most if the time i could see the blood trail from my stand.
