the snosuit is listed on ebay too.

The sizing chart lists the inseam as 31″ on everysize. Is this right?

After talking to James and Scott, I also got the Snosuit. I got the XL bibs and coat. I am only 5’10, 200 lbs and with the suspenders tightened up all the way it fit me well. The coat fit well, with plenty of room to move. I thought the arms were a little long at first but when I used the velcro strap to tighten up the sleeve, it fit very well. It seems like the sizing is pretty versatile since the same size worked for me and for James. And with temps around zero here, I got to test it out. Everything these guys have said about it is true. I’d definitely recommend it.

Looking for an archery target that will hold up well when using broadheads. Anyone have any opinions or suggestions? Bought The Block a few years ago and for the money I didn’t think it held up that well (using broadheads that is).

I don’t think there is a target that holds up well to broadheads….period. I feel, you would be hard pressed to find one that does any better than the Block….

That’s kinda what I figured. Was thinking about trying out the new McKenzie’s ShotBlocker next.

Drelan if you shoot the Rage you won’t have broad head / target issues.

The past 7-8 years I have had two targets that get left out side almost 365 days a year and I shoot field Tips and Broad heads. Well used to shoot broad heads at it. Very durable IMO.

I think it is called “Humungo” with 4 rows with 4 columns of circles on it. It is white, with green and yellow lettering/circles. Not sure if they sell it but I would buy another and the arrow removal is easy. I also have a block that I keep in my truck in the Fall and bring it with on my hunts.

    EDIT: HUMUNGO my MORRELL

You could switch broad heads that shoot the same as field tips, like slick tricks, so you don’t have to worry about getting a new target

protour, how do you like the slick tricks? do they really fly like field tips and if so have you shot them out past 40 or 50 yards?

Not passed 40 or 50. I used them in texas for hogs and they make big holes for a fixed blade!!! They make different models now since i used the 100 grain, like the Magnum’s. I didn’t shoot them passed 30 yards for sighting in but they flew great! Some people have complained about them not flying the same, but i hear that for almost all fixed blades. I really like the Alcatraz blades on them too and i would recommend them over almost all fixed blades but thats me If they don’t fly like field tips, ask the local archery shop that you go to and see if they’ll let you shoot the broad heads into their blocks

Try to get a blob target on archery talk. They are made from waste material from carpet companys. The things work great from what I hear and last a long time.

Sounds good. Just curious was all because I know that some fixed broadheads tend to “float” after 40 yards or so.

    Since you mentioned it
Some additional info on the Blob

I’ve had some really good luck with my large blob 40x40x20, all summer it was used for practice and tuning on my 3d setup. We did start to have deep penetration when shooting our heavy skinny field arrows at one spot when tuning and sighting in, but for the 3D rigs running med and extra large diameter at 300 & 350 fps arrows the blob worked great, extremely easy arrow pull with mine.

I wasn’t going to shoot at it much with the blades but it spoils you rotten stops well and it’s so dang easy to pull arrows, so I am aging it some but so far I see it being around for a long time.

My cost $75.00 for the 40x40x20 med density large blob

I have a Reinhart that looks kind of like an octagon ball. Seems to be self healing in a way. Can’t even tell I have been shooting at it other than the faint shadows where I pulled arrows from. So far pretty pleased with the target.

I saw a review of this target in one of the mags in the archery club. IT got one of the best for longest lasting.
