id throw it under the truck and drive over it:) I personally hate the biskit, to much contact with the arrow, ive had to many cold days hunting where the deer have heard the arrow slide across the rest. but i would change them whenever it isnt uniform or starting to look out of place. You should give a drop away rest a try. the QAD ultra rest is a great rest IMO

I agree but it comes down to personal preference. Like mentioned, once those whiskers start to bend a lot or are lunging forward from the arrow going through then i would switch. But maybe give a drop away a shot, they have arrow holders that you can glue on for drop aways that you can get at an archery shop for like 5 bucks

Get your self a drop away rest . Why would you shoot something that confines your arrow? You automaticly get arrow drag. But if I was you I would change as soon as you see any wear at all.It dosent take much to throw a arrow off. Remember were all after a true flight. If it looks bad change it.

yall are killing me. i might ive to go pick up a drop away.

the only thing is that its so easy, you never have to worry about it falling of while your hunting.

In my opinion, if you hunt and shoot 20-25 yards or under the Whisker Biscuit would work just fine for you. Personally, I would still go drop away, but to each their own. If you tend to shoot longer distances, this is where the biscuits really hurt arrow performance/flight and I would then definitely go to a drop away style.

The drop away rests now have products where they grab your arrow while the arrow is sitting on your rest before you draw so it don’t fall off.

After my WI Turkey Season this week, I’m heading in and getting a Schaffers Drop Away rest put on.

CLICK HERE to view the rest. Then select what bow you have along the bottom for more detail on that rest. This rest by Schaffer is rock solid, quiet, and a proven arrow rest and is what I will be shooting here soon.

wouldn’t use one, drop away is the way to go, but it’s just my personel opinion, lots of people use em.
