I was just thinking about my bow, yes we talk often. I had my mind made up and was going to buy a new one this year, but I really don’t NEED a new one, only a year and half old. I really like the way it shoots and it fits me good, but there are a few things I’m not thrilled with. Here’s what I’m thinking about.

    1. STS system- maybe a few more fps
    2. Longer, heavier stab to help balance out the rig a little-Octane
    3. Viper sight sytem
    4. Lighted nocks
    5. 2 piece quiver
Anybody adding something for this year?

Protour, does G5 have any color selection or is it still the light blue?

I heard they are doing a green, red and i think another color You can find them probably on the website or through a bow shop. Instead of slightly twisting like Luminok and a magnet like Easton Tracer’s, G5 has a “3 tap” system to tap on tap off the nock Fool proof!!

I just watched the video on G5’s website. Those nocks are sweet and easy on easy off!

The thing that shyed me away from the G5 nocks in the past was the Light Blue only color does not show up very well. But if they make other (brighter) colors now, I may have to take a look. Thanks!

You can make lighted nocks for about $3-$4 a piece. There’s an instructional video on youtube, you might want to check it out.

Has anybody ever tried the Firenock? I see a lot of hype about them but have never seen one.

It’s that time to buy a new rest, so I will be heading to Schaffers in the next week or so to put on a new Schaffers MAT -1 GEN II drop away rest in Lost Camo on and get tuned up with their industry leading 3,000 frame per second tuning camera.

    Hey Guys,
This past winter I purchased a Mathews Reezen and some of the Accessories I got with it were Schaffer Mat 1 Gen11
rest and Schaffer Opposition sight in Lost Camo and a Mathews T3 quiver, Carter Quikie Release and few other things. I think Schaffer makes some of the best stuff thats
out there. I might add Mathews Dead End sts system too it.
