My first 3D shoot of the season

    Here’s a couple of crazy long shots at the Hudson 3D shoot. The elk was about 65 yards and the Grizzly was another good 10 yards past that. (You can barely see the grizzly by the tree to the right of the elk in one picture for reference.) I was only sighted in for 50 yds and took a wild guess wear to set my pin before shooting. I got lucky! Thought I’d share.

    Nice shooting.
    I love shooting 3D’s so early in the year that there is still snow on the ground.

    That was an awesome 75 yard shot on the bear! (i witnessed it!)
