December 19, 2007 at 2:37 am #634752I’m rather partial to brunettes, but if you’all say blondes can hunt, well, don’t count me out. Ya think you could stick a picture up here?

November 17, 2008 at 7:08 pm #43205There are better ones out there.
Winners Choice is one of them. Have you dealer recommend a good bow string. From what I have heard Zebra strings are not good strings.November 17, 2008 at 7:44 pm #43211

First time I have ever heard that
I like the Zebra Hybrid string and have never had an issue with them on my Mathews.
November 17, 2008 at 8:20 pm #43218i would go w/ vapor trail!! The string doesn’t stretch like others and is very very durable!!

November 18, 2008 at 3:08 am #43302Do what I do…. I walk into the proshop, look for Mike, the owner of “Mikes Archery” and tell him to restring my bow, with what he has on his…. That’s how I bought my last bow set-up. I shot his, then said how much ??? He said, it won’t be for sale until after the season, I said, then you better get going settin’ another one up Haven’t looked back since, except for a new string this summer

November 18, 2008 at 11:04 pm #43477My Zebra is great and I’ve never heard anything bad. As for me though I’m going to try winners choice string when I change. Everyone in My archery club is shooting them, and thats what the guy at the shop was suggesting too. So I figure it can’t hurt to try em out. If I don’t like it I’ll just go back to the Zebra.
AnonymousGuestPosts:November 21, 2008 at 5:32 pm #43854went with Zebra string and cables, since the pro shop owner recommended them also Amazing what a diffence this maintenance has done! thanks for the input
AnonymousGuestPosts:November 21, 2008 at 8:43 pm #43876granted I haven’t shot it a alot since this morning when I switched, but right away it feels smoother when drawing, and before it felt like it wanted to unload at full draw, that’s not happening now. also it seems quieter, with more consistent shots…that 3rd arrow isn’t wandering as far either my peep tubing needed to be replaced also. overall just seems to shot better.
