go figure!

After not seeing any deer for a couple weeks I got out of my stand this morning and found were the deer have been traveling so I moved my stand and sat this evening. I hunt on public land so there is usually some activity going on around there, but I think the deer are pretty use to it. I had a small buck walk buy tonite at dusk, it was good to see, I was starting to question hunting there. I was walking back to the truck and it was getting dark, I have about a 3\4 mi. walk, I finally saw a good enough buck to keep hunting there, 8pt. ear wide or better, standing 50ft. away from my truck.
