The woods i am currently bow hunting there is a big piece of CRP land in the middle of it along the river with woods all the way around it. Today I found out that they just burned all the grass and didnt know what to think. Is it time to find a new piece of land to hunt? How bad will this mess up the deer in that area? I need some help here. I dont know what to do. 
im pretty sure they actually get paid to do that. not sure what it would do to the deer hunting, but i know it grows back better than before
Yeah it was not as thick as it should be and thats why they did it im guessing. Just scared about how the deer will react to that.
Might actually attract some deer. If we keep on with this mild fall weather, mix in one decent rain and you’ll get some re-growth there yet this fall. Might be some tasty sprouts in there they might like.

they like them tender little grass shoots
get out there and look for shed antlers while the grass is gone
