I’ve heard of a couple bucks that hit the dirt and a handful of baldies from guys I know.. I also heard that the set up and entry wait on Sat morning was a mess. Looks like you guys have another good day of hunting ahead of you. 52 and no wind!

Very nice deer! But sorry to hear about it Gobbler. Great work Ben! According to my brother the count for day one was 197 deer (setting a new one day record) with the largest being a 225lb 13 point monster.

    Nice Buck
How bad was the entry on Sat, did they penalize the early arrivals?

A couple of buddies are hunting the 1st seaon of Ripley – talked to him last night – in the check in station, a few guys were talking about a big non-typical taken.
