Sam is left handed and right eyed. Once she used her right eye, she was deadly as well.

Tanerite is pretty fun! I’ve been told I’m left-eye dominate but for the most part I’m right handed. I’m wondering if I can figure out how to shoot left-handed if my accuracy would improve?

You have two options. Either switching to shoot left handed or retraining your eyes.

I was taking some classes at a place called sealedmindset. They were talking about an option to retrain to help with eye dominance. Since this wasn’t an issue for me, I didn’t get the details. I think eye patches or shaded out glasses were one of the tools involved.

Easy to fix. The trick they used for me in Law Enforcement school was take some Vaseline or a patch and place it over in your case your left eye side of your shooting glasses. It forces you to use your right eye and retrain your brain. Worked for me anyway at the time.

Hmm, now that I think about it, I just close my left eye when I shoot (since I’m shooing right handed). If I don’t close my left eye, I see two of everything. I’m pretty accurate right handed and closing my left eye, but I can’t help but wonder if my accuracy has the potential to increase if I learn to shoot left handed instead. I may give this a try and let you guys know how it goes!
