Anyone try the new HT Nero auger?

    Just bought the 6 inch today waiting for it to come. From the reviews sounds like a good auger with the drill and hand option.
    Any one use one yet?

    I love mine for early ice, way better than lugging around a gas auger and it works real good as far as hand augers go. I busted out the gas auger now but it’ll be out early ice next year again.

    Seen some guys use it with a drill. Looks like it Cuts fast. 18-20in of ice

    I use my 5″ Nero on a drill, very fast on 20″ of ice. Love it

    I picked up a 7″ for a song and have drilled exactly 1 hole with it but was pretty impressed. Embarrassingly little information out there about these augers. Maybe more if you’re Russian speaking. I heard 45 was an early adopter.
