I just purchased a Frabill Predator Sidestep at the St. Paul ice fish show. Today I was going through the parts and found that 2 of the poles are too long. Plans show 54-5/8+ and the actual length of the poles are 68-15/16+. I am thinking that the manufacturer put the poles to a standard flip over Predator. Any one else have this problem? I know they can’t think that the canvas can stretch out that much.

I assume they have a customer service number, that’s probably the best route to go.

Went to Joe’s, they called Frabill, compared to house already set up and came to the conclusion that the parts list is wrong. Poles are the right length. I’ll say this is probably one of the times that not reading the instructions might have been a good thing. But there are so many parts to one of these. I wanted to make sure everything was there.
