I know they’re almost impossible to find, and the motors that were shipped to suppliers early were shipped without the parts needed for the GPS to work. Instructions in the box say to contact Minnkota using a QR code, supply the date and serial number, and they will ship the part, when available.
Has anyone here gone through this process?
I would appreciate knowing how that process went, how long I’ll have to wait for parts, and the steps needed for final assembly.
I tried to call MK Customer Service–NO HELP at all.
