I decided to try them. 2 orders in and both late. I haven’t even received the second order yet and its up to day 5.
    Experiment over.

No, I have never tried them but mainly because they don’t carry the food we feed. I have heard good things, though, so your experience surprises me.

We use them, and get the orders pretty fast. Usually save about $5.00 a bag for dog food. Also they send coupons, got $15.00 of my last bag of food.

My wife has been using them off an on for over a year. I would say pleased with the service, typically dont get it monthly, just here and there. Deals are great, but sometimes I can get the food locally when its on sale so no big advantage of web ordering.

Great company with prompt shipping and competitive pricing. We get our orders quickly – sometimes the next day.

We always get our orders in 2 days. I’m surprised to hear you’ve had issues

Honestly the only reason I am using them is they carry the food I have been feeding my dog for 8 years. Im not sure if the mfg is phasing it out but its no longer available in the stores. I dont know why chewy carries it still but I dread “figuring out” a new dog food. Nutro Ultra.

Funny you ask! I was out on break at work yesterday and a U-Haul truck shows up. (work at a Tool & Die shop) I was thinking what is this guy doing!? Lost? Well, it was a Fed-Ex guy (they must use the U-Haul during Christmas/Cyber Monday with all the extra packages). And in the back was about 20 boxes, that I could see, all with the Chewy Brand on them.

Been using Chewy for 5 years. Their auto-ship service works great, we have it set up to deliver a new about a week before the last one is gone. One less thing to worry about. Had one issue so far and the customer service was prompt at resolving it.

I have used them in the past and had great service. Their auto ship was great for me when I had 2 dogs and fed 2 different brands of food.

Used it for a few years when we were on Nutrisource. Then switched to 4health and it didn’t work out. Now back to a food they stock and use them again. Never had an issue with them and prices are very good.

Interesting company. Once they get enough market share and enough stores go out of business I would expect price increases.

On April 29, 2019, Chewy filed an S-1 for an initial public offering, intending to trade under the ticker symbol CHWY. In its filing, Chewy reported a net loss of $268 million on total sales of $3.5 billion for its 2018 fiscal year

I responded to their last late msg with my concerns and they refunded me the $63 and still sending the food. Wow. Hard to argue that kind of service. I didnt ask for it or expect it. Ill have to order from them again. That kind of service deserves another chance.

I just checked my history and I’ve had 86 orders with them and I don’t recall one ever being late.

Next door neighbor has been using them for several years. She has Great Danes, only one now but in past years has had up to 3 of the horses.

We use them! Fast and a little cheaper. They do send coupons which we use to get the price down even more!

It looks like chewy was trying to get their foot in the door with low prices and get people signed up for auto delivery. They filed for bankruptcy and my guess would be that they will have to raise prices to stay around.

I got a voucher for $15 off so I gave it a try. Without the $15 off voucher, it would have been quite a bit more expensive than just going to the store to buy it though.

We have auto ship too. Get the dog food, bully bones, bully slices and treats through them. We also get our one off dog stuff from there as well. In fact I think we are using their pharmacy as well.
