Any Scotch drinkers on IDO??

I’m a Scotch fan, and apparently my family knows it… I received 2 identical bottles of an expensive single malt Scotch. I’d rather keep one and sell the second at a big discount to buy – what else? Fishing gear!!

I’d put the bottle on the Classifieds here, but I’m not sure the site can post booze..??

Maybe the Moderators can weigh in here …

What do you have and how much are you looking to get for it?

Possible barter/exchange for a day of guided fishing with future hall of famers like Joe Scegura or James Holst ;)

Ironically I just finished a bottle of Balvenie 15 and liked it so much I was holding on to the empty bottle so I could replace it.

Dag nabbit. If frydog is still taking bids I’ll have to bow out. Andy Cox has deeper pockets than I do.

No, was just bluffing… wink You win the hand, just don’t polish it all off in one night. blush

Let’s hope that who “gifted” this to frydog doesn’t follow this forum. Probably wouldn’t be too happy seeing their $175-200 gift being auctioned off on the internet. eek

A bottle usually lasts a couple months so no worries there.

Feels like frydog, Andy Cox and I need to meet up for a drink. waytogo

Well…interesting, BK proposed something sort of similar a while back. Wasn’t quite sure where he was going so I pretended to be a bear. crazy

You can pick up the thread here and then wonder what I wondered… shock

As handsome and fetching as you two guys probably are, there isn’t enough Scotch to go where that thread was going!!

That being said, as Munchy stated above – maybe we can all meet up for a Scotch, Scotchy, Scotch, Scotch sometime. Doesn’t take me too much encouragement..
