Any Reports from the River?

    Anybody been out lately? It’s been pretty quiet on here. Even the Royal Dutchman’s most recent report is a week old.

    Haven’t been out but heard good reports as of yesterday. Some bigger fish being caught and a few sturgeons. Water level is manageable and not crazy with debri. Both Fork rivers have opened up. Only getting better.

    LOW Tourism site and sportsmans lodge has some reports. Both are on Facebook too

    Water is high fast and dirty. Lots of debris. Caught 4 today so far.

    After the Forks break loose, like it now sounds, how long before it is fishable again?

    When the flow slows it’ll start to clear up. Timeline is difficult to determine. Watch the river gauges.

    Little update. There ice still on the forks under hwy 11. Not sure what that means for clearing up soon but I’d guess not good news.

    I could be wrong though.

    were 13 hrs. south I don’t think its worth the drive but hate to cancel
