    Ill be heading up this Thursday 2/26 till Sunday 3/1 staying out at the Wigwam. Just looking to see how the bite has been and if any type of presentation has been working best.

    Best fishing now is up near the islands like Garden Island. Find rock piles and fish on them during morning and evining than get 100 yards or so off of them during the day. Dead sticks have been getting a lot of fish but keep jigging because there has been big walleyes up the water column 4 to 7 feet up. Any gold, pink, or green will work this year I even found an orange yellow and white jig worked well. On my dead stick is always a #2 JB’s Ju-JU jig in the neon red color. On the jigging rod a variety of jigging spoons, rattle baits, and even just a glow in the dark 3/8 oz jig to pound on the bottom works well. Good luck and keep your lines tight.
