With the water at its current levels in that area I don’t think you’ll find a lot of shore fishing unless you can get an a dock in Baypoint where the water maybe has opened back in the bay a bit.
Thursday at Bay Point they were fishing on 13 inches of ice.
DNR creel fella said 2 of the 7 fisherman had fish. One had two pike and the other had a walleye and something else.
Friday and ice fisherman fell through.
Today, the shore fisherman that I spoke with fishing the point had an 8 pound carp and another fish but came off just before being ided.
Lot’s of surface debries but fishable at the point.
