Any good smoked duck recipe out there?

Cleaning out a game freezer of a an avid sportsman uncle that passed away and I have a bunch of duck from last year.
I’m thinking of a brine then smoke and also a cure and smoke. I’m thinking this would be a nice thing to share with his old hunting buddies that are still around.
Any ideas would be great

This one is basic but really good. Play around with rubs and injecting marinades after brining. Smoke, slice thin, serve with cheese, crackers, jalapeno slices.

Can always grind into pepper sticks.
