He’s suing the Buc’s for wrongful termination. He also goes on to say “I don’t have a mental health issue, I just have a really high IQ”

If anyone here where to take off their cloths and storm out of work after refusing to perform their job, we would not get far in a lawsuit. Then again these athlete’s life in a total different world than normal people. My guess is it will be settled out of court and he will get paid rather well.
January 26, 2022 at 11:22 am #2093582Good luck to that jackass. He’ll get laughed out of court because I guarantee you the Bucs had a clause in his contract that says he can be fired for any act of inappropriate conduct.
What a jackass.
January 26, 2022 at 12:59 pm #2093634That guy’s been a piece of s*&% for years. So many athletes and celebrities are divas and out of touch with the real world, but AB is unlike any other. Just a trash person who doesn’t have any grasp of reality.
I do hope this does cause some headaches for the Bucs though, as they knew exactly what AB was. He had been a drama queen and forced his way out of Pittsburgh, whined a bunch in Oakland, threatened to quit if he couldn’t have his own special helmet, etc. Bucs signed up anyway as a deal with the devil for his talent. Hope they’re feeling that regret now.

And probably be broke within a year…..
Walleye Man42Posts: 197January 26, 2022 at 2:14 pm #2093656Also he says he was injured and that is why he did not want to go back in the game. He sure did not look like he was injured doing jumping jacks across the endzone!! I hope he is done with football. If another team signs him their fans should boycott.
CaptainMuskyPosts: 22821January 26, 2022 at 2:17 pm #2093657He’s really been messed up since that Burfict hit on him years ago. People are really concerned that he has dramatic trauma to his brain which would explain a lot of his irrational behavior.
January 26, 2022 at 2:21 pm #2093660I followed this closely because I had AB on my fantasy football team. He killed it the first 5 games he played for the value that I drafted him at.
Then he sprained his ankle and was out for most of the season. I considered dropping him, but hung onto him. He came back in week 16 when Godwin and Fournette were out, and Evans was limited. He had like 12 catches for over 100 yards.
Week 16. I’m in the fantasy football playoff championship. Apparently he did tweak his sprained ankle in practice but was cleared to play against the Jets. He had 2 catches for 24 yards before he and Arians had this issue where he took off his gear and shirt and then left.
I ended up losing the match by 2 fu**ing points and its very likely it was solely because of his antics. Costed me over 500 bucks. Thanks a lot Brown, I hope you aren’t playing for another NFL team ever again.

If AB wins damages will be $1. The can’t go any lower than that.

I’ve read the same, it’s really sad actually. A few players from his Steelers days said he came back after that hit a completely different person. Like his demeanor and personality did a complete 180. Used to be this fun, energetic, happy, life of the locker room type guy. And after he had a short fuse, irrational, etc.
Honestly, I feel bad for him. I think it’s likely that he has some deeper brain trauma as a result, and given who he is, that’s just like on display for the entire world to see. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s one of those players we see passes away early in life from CTE related injuries, or suicide.
But on the other hand, he’s complete scum because he walked out of his job and that had a negative impact on some people’s fantasy football teams…
January 28, 2022 at 12:16 pm #2094387I read that AB was a douche’ long before that hit. Really the hit is about a 7 or 8 out of 10, that happen still.
January 28, 2022 at 8:54 pm #2094533you can’t fix stupid. his supporters will say all the right things but this guy is obviously dealing with CTE. he was always a diva but he was never the same after the Burfict head shot
Pitter patterPosts: 210January 29, 2022 at 11:26 am #2094639Hope the Vikings find a way to sign him. He could be another excuse of why they don’t win anything
