    Went out to check some shallow water areas I found to freeze up first last season and a new shallow body of water I got a tip that it had good perch in it with good results should be on some ice to fish within this week

    Guys here were venturing out this past weekend, smaller waters and back bays of larger lakes and flowages…and I let them! I’m a chicken, but I’ve checked some local lakes and there’s lots of walkable ice near home. Don’t know if I can make it to the weekend, I think I’m starting to feel ill…Gee, hope I don’t get sick on Thursday or Friday. ;-)
