Amery Baitshops

Does anyone know of a bait shop around Amery or Balsam Lake area, I see Lucky Baits is closed

Damn sad to hear, I always went to that baitshop and they were pretty helpful too.

I know, I always stopped there, I know you can get bait at the countryside store as you come into town but I was looking for a report and was wondering if they were taking wheelers out. The snow was all slush at Alma yesterday

I have stopped at Willow River Outdoors in Deer Park about 6 or 7 miles south of Amery on highway 46.

I think he’s been open about a year or more. Nice selection of sporting goods.

Seems like a decent owner.

Is that the one near pine lake ? I was driving by there a year or so ago and saw it but had forgot about it. Thanks I’ll give them a call

I beleive Jonzy’s market north of HWY 8 still sells bait
Take H north of 8 (small hotel on north corner of 8) about 3 miles. H turns into continue north on I, I will turn west (left) Jonzy’s will be on your right side (north ) in less than 1/2 mile
The warm weather and talks of rains Sunday is not doing the ice conditions any favors.
