Going to the last page does not automatically take one to the first unread reply. The first unread reply will be different for each logged in user. And yes, this would be a very nice feature.
Work your way from bottom up…….takes a millisecond to get to the bottom.
Prospector, short answer – No, unfortunately.
Been on lots of forums in the past 15+ years and this is the only one I can think of with this setup. Makes it difficult to just check in on a thread or two randomly throughout your day. Especially when you are getting to 30 replies on that page.

That link doesn’t take you to the first unread post either.
I don’t think this site has an option to go to your first unread post in a thread. I miss it but I get buy without it.
