    Got my second ram mount for the tablet. Really wanted it on top of the 998 but below seems to be working great.

    Now able to have navionics on the tablet, or weather, or movies. .

    Thought I would share.

    any plans to put it in a toughcase? like the lifeproof or otter? I would think it would be really risky not too. looks great though, I kinda wanna do it in my lund now! lol

    It does fit in the mount with a case on – however, it doesn’t look as good LOL.

    The tablet does not move during travel at all when in the ram mount, the only concern is swinging a 4 oz weight over the side and hitting it.

    Also I did purchase a full waterproof case for the tablet, but it has to be out of the ram mount to use.

    Got to like having the weather available. But I Was expecting to see a screenshot of In-Depth Outdoors and James Holst.
