Jeff Robl of Bobber Down Guide Service reports good walleye action in the afternoon/dusk in 3-8 fow on tip-ups with shiners near Fisherman’s Landing.
Our guests at Flambeau Vista Retreat have reported some walleye action at dusk on tip-ups on the sand bar in front of the cabins. They have also reported success for walleye and perch near Pink Rock on the Turle River.
The Justen Donner Memorial Fishere to support suicide prevention and awareness will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Donners Bay Resort. There will be a lot of great prizes, raffles, food, music and beverages in the heated tents. This is a great family event to attend even if you don’t ice fish, so shake that cabin fever with a family excursion to support a good cause!
