Alphaburly Pro 1600 gram Boot Question

For a couple of weeks I have been kicking around the idea of purchasing the Lacrosse Alphaburly Pro 1600 gram boots. Today I finally took the leap and my wife purchased a pair for me while Black Friday shopping. Most reviews say to go a size up so wearing a shoe size 10 I had her purchase an 11 because I wear a light and a heavy sock combo for ice fishing. In short I tried them on and they were too big. They are supposed to be fitted in the ankles and they were too loose for walking distances. So back to the store I went and bought the size 10. I got them home and for some reason the left one fits great and the right one is a bit tighter. I tell me wife and unbeknownst to me human body parts are slightly bigger on the dominant side. No idea if that is true or not. So the question is will these boots “break in” a bit and stretch or will they continue to be tight. They don’t need much at all. If they don’t I may have to look at another option. Just checking to see if any others have purchased and get your opinion. Thanks

Maybe send an email to lacrosse or talk to the store about getting a mismatched pair. That’s an awesome boot.

Best boot I have tried by far. They do stretch a SMALL amount around the ankle after some use, but not a lot. Had mine for 2 seasons and still fit great.

I love mine and have a few sets at home. One for ice fishing and one for bow hunting only. Love them and they do stretch a little .
