Thinking about heading down to the float after it opens to do some Lazy fishing and I was hoping someone could help answer a few questions.
What are the depth ranges off this thing? Trying to determine a plan of attack…
Id assume a sat/sun after opener would be rather packed but are weekdays just as busy? Trying to determine if I should just take a day off of work and head down.
Week days at the float are not as busy as weekends.
Fishing depth obviously varies as the float is anchored near a shoreline. You can catch walleyes in as shallow as 4-5 feet deep early AM before the sun gets higher and at times as deep as 20-25 toward the deeper end.
Depths will vary at same spot on the float at different river stages.
