Hey Joe whats the water look like? Algae bloom at all?

Hey Mark, Mary is generally very clear so ya I’d say there’s a slight bloom. We’ve also been getting a lot of rain, that doesn’t help clarity at all. Fishing has actually been pretty good out there for this time of year. You’re not going to go get limits of walleye but you should catch a few and maybe some slab panfish Let me know if you need anything and let us know how it goes

Thanks Joe, any chance on bass in pads or weed mats? I like to throw frogs!!

My biggest bass on Mary have come from under the docks on sunny days. I think you can throw just about anything next to a dock and get hammered if there’s one waiting.

As for throwing frogs… I’d try sunset bay on the NW corner of the lake, the East side by the carp trap and Lil Mary. I hope you find a few nice ones
