Outfished again!

The wife and I made it out of the resort for a couple hours this am and she cleanend my clock! She had 3 walleye in the boat before I had 1 bite. I had her set up on a crawler harness with a Blue/pink and black hatchet blade as I started out with a Chartruse blade and crawler. Well let me tell you,It didn’t take me long to change to the exact thing she had on. After losing 2 nice fish,she proceeded to boat 2 more walleye and a 1.5# bullhead to my 1 walleye and a big bull head. She also had a nice double….. Yeah nice double….1.5# Northern and then as my 5′ perigrine rod was doubled over she grabbed that and proceeded to reel in a 5.7# walleye. I must be 1 hell of a guide!

Nice fish Chappy. I’ve heard your lake has been hot this summer. Glad to hear you got into a few.

As much as you pull spinners you should check out the new ones by Lindy. I’ve always tied my own harnesses but the last couple times out my homemade ones got their but kicked by the Lindy blades. I don’t think I would have belived it if I didn’t see it. After the Lindy blades went 4-1 to mine I don’t think I’ll by tying my own again any time soon.

Chappy, I alway have intensions of getting up to your lake but just never seem to. Way to stay on those fish
