    Heading up there tomarrow afternoon and fishing through Sat. I have never fished the lake where does a guy even start??? I am looking at doing some multi-species fishing. Any help would be great.

    Sunfish along Pencil reeds. Glenwood end from Torgies to the white chapel or high school point.

    Anyone every fished Bass on Minnewaska?

    I have heard it is pretty good.

    I fished a Silverado Bass tourney there last summer. The wind blew like crazy. It was the roughest inland water that I have ever fished in. The bilge pump ran non stop and that was in a 21ft Ranger. We did catch some really nice bass – Both largemouth and smallmouth during pre-fishing the weekend befor. There are some huge bass in that lake. I saw both a largemouth and smallmouth near 6 Lbs caught. It is a hard lake to learn. There is a ton of mainlake structure.

    It is an awesome bass lake. It’s hard to keep them off when trolling for walleyes. The smallies are like footballs.
