Soo.. despite being a couple months away I am already considering my options for opener. My dad and I will be looking around the alexandria area as we have a seasonal site so we already have lodging ready to go. We have not explored any of the lakes other than the one we are on (Mill Lake) and would like to have the best chance possible to have an at least halfway successful opener. If anyone wants to share some information on lakes or spots that have worked in the past that would be greatly appreciated. feel free to pm me if its not something you want available to the masses.
