Aitkin area lakes

    Hey everybody new to ido I was wondering if anybody knew if any lake around the aitkin area are plowed or accessible for a truck and fish house? I have fished farm island in the summer but have no idea about winter in the area. Thanks in advance!

    Dam lake. Public access or by the bar usually has roads out. Lots of wheel houses out there over the weekend.

    I don’t know if farm island has plowed roads but it’s very accessible or has been in the past. Call the bait shop and they should be able to get you an access report.

    Big Sandy has ice castles on it.
