I’m looking at getting an airbrush to start painting some of my own tackle and experiment with colors/patterns.

Been reading up on it quite a bit and still can’t pull the trigger on one.
I’ve looked at a lot of Iwata, pasche, and grex brushes. I feel like I have it narrowed down but looking for some input if anyone has one. I feel like the brushes are basically you pay for what you get kind of thing.
I have a lot of interest in the grex tritium series and the Iwata hpc plus brushes. Seem like they’re pretty nice.
    Any input would be great!

    Dual action Iwata

x2 They are more expensive but you can get parts for them, they come apart easy for fast cleaning.

I tried some cheaper no name models and had struggles with them, I then just bit the bullet on an Iwata. $135 from Amazon I think.
I use my shop air compressor and just hooked another cheapie pressure regulator into that line and tune it down to about 20psi into my brush line.

I have an Iwata and a Pasche. I like the Iwata best,
but the Pasche came with 3 different sized needles and tips.
I like that for more versatility.

Check out a Bear Air’s clone of a Iwata. It was a good brush before I purchase my Iwata Eclipse CS. I would go gravity feed too. Much easier to swap colors.
