Have a Nuwave and really like it. Great for chicken breasts. Kids use it for chicken strips, fries and etc and it puts a nice crisp to them. Very convenient.

I also have a Nuwave air fryer and we really like it. We’ve made chicken legs, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, fries, tots, fish and one time when I actually made a Porterhouse steak in it. I have made walleyes, crappies, and blue gills in it using shore lunch on damp fish chunks. They turned out crispy. I prefer fish out of a real fryer but still enjoy it in the air fryer which the warden prefers (healthier ????). Whatever you make, spray the tray with a quick shot of PAM.

I don’t like the air fryer for fish. Prefer oil fryer. I do love things like fries, tots and chislic in the fryer. Chislic is absolutely awesome in the air fryer.

    Google is your friend grin
    Sounds good….
“Chislic is traditionally prepared very simply. Cubed mutton or lamb (or alternately beef or venison), generally no bigger than a half-inch, are cooked in a deep fryer. Generally, chislic is served medium-rare to medium—i.e. warm pink inside. After cooking, while the meat cools on a paper towel, it is flavored with garlic salt, or other varieties of seasoned salts. The cubes are eaten hot, using toothpicks”

Have a Ninja sitting on the counter for a year, never used it, finally fried some walleye and sunfish, battered, bushed some oil on top lightly, came out great. Would I use it for a fish fry? Nope, but for one or two works great. DK

I agree with this. Fish no good but frozen foods egg rolls are great even made the Johnsonville patties in it and turned out great. Just an extra thing on the counter or get out of storage when you want to use it.
