I’m looking to buy a air brush and know nothing about them.
I’ve been doing some wood carving of fish and would like to experiment with painting them.
I’d also use it to paint jigs.

    Anyone have any recommendations?

Don’t go cheap. Do some study and internet searches on those you are considering.

I have a Paacshe air brush. You want to have a double action so you can control the amount of paint you use. It is a internal mix unit. Here is some of the work I do.

I forgot you have to a good air compressor also. Don’t buy one of those small compressor, they just have to work to hard to do the job.

    Iwata Eclipse CS for me.

    I went cheap at first….

Best one I ever have used and the gravity feed is awesome.

Same exact story here. Youtube will help with methods, you will want an inline pressure regulator. All my work is under 20psi. I use my shop air compressor as a supply rather than a special small pump. Createx paints are nice, you will have to leran how to thin them for your style.

I’m jealous of you guys. If I can’t paint it with a rattle can, it doesn’t get painted.
