agm flasher batteries?

    just wondering do these batteries come fully charged?

    more times then not, they are fully charged…or should be as they hold their charge for months and months and months.

    I usually find they are about 80% depending on how long they have been sitting on the shelf. I would still throw them on a charger before using.
