A question folks are asking is about the seasonal fees. Most resorts keep fish houses far from the lake in the summer but Agate has lakeside sites near the harbor and lake. So you pay the normal winter fee $790 and then a summer lake side fee of$895. Just seeing the sunsets is worth the rate.
Boat slips are available for rental, (only about half get rented and only on the busy holiday weekends) however you can use them for free most of the time. Many of us take our boats in and out each evening.
