A Walleye Guy Gets a Taste of 66"

    Sturgeon fishing virgin Brett King hooked into this little guy this last Friday.

    The AIM Walleye Tournament pro is considering turning in his walleye gear. After all, the lamprey is about the size of a walleye. )

    Their party reported a 64″ along with other +50″ Lake Sturgeon caught Friday morning before the wind picked up.

    With MN’s new catch and release season, more and more anglers are getting a chance to enjoyed the pure power of these fish. I’m pretty sure Brett didn’t say…”Guys, this feels like a state record walleye.”

    They must be really easy to catch if Brett can do it. lol

    Wow! Looks thick and healthy too. Kinda looks looks like a Rainy sturgeon.

    That lamprey is huge! Nice fish too.
