Whoa it’s already May??? Man time flies when one is busy working and taking college courses lol! One more week and classes will be finished for me until August 24th! 
I suppose it’s about time I respool my reels and get my gear all set for the season! Oh and I guess I should buy a license first before I head out for the first time this year too! 
From the lack of snow melt runoff this year I would guess the water levels are fairly low and the warm weather has probably gotten the temps rising quicker than last spring as well. Does anyone know how the catfish have been biting so far this year? I might go set up around Hudson for now, possibly the Bayport area if I can get one of my co-workers who live in the area to go sit on the shore for a day or evening.
